Current Job Vacancies at London Square

Receptionist (Part-time)

This is a part-time position at our Head Office in Uxbridge, working Monday to Friday from 8am until 1pm, 25 hours per week. The role includes answering and directing calls through the switchboard and taking messages where required. Meeting and greeting visitors to the office, managing courier collections and deliveries, making drinks for meetings and completing ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Sales Executive

Required for a number of our developments within the Greater London area. The successful candidate will be required to provide an effective sales operation, achieving optimum selling prices whilst maintaining the Company standards and delivering high standards of service. Previous experience of sales in a housing / development environment is required.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity may exist for a Senior Surveyor to commercially manage one of our prestigious London-based projects to completion. This will involve being responsible for all commercial functions of the project.

Treasury & Financial Controller

A new position has been created with responsivity for ensuring that the Group remains compliant with the Banking, Accounting and Taxation reporting and regulatory requirements. Previous experience as a financial controller with treasury, bank management, corporate governance and risk management experience is required.
