Treasury & Financial Controller

A new position has been created with responsivity for ensuring that the Group remains compliant with the Banking, Accounting and Taxation reporting and regulatory requirements. Previous experience as a financial controller with treasury, bank management, corporate governance and risk management experience is required.

Sales Executive

Required for our development at Tadworth Gardens, launching in the Spring of 2018. The successful candidate will be required to provide an effective sales operation, achieving optimum selling prices whilst maintaining the Company standards and delivering high standards of service. Previous experience of sales in a housing / development environment is required.

Senior Surveyor

We are looking for a Senior Surveyor to commercially manage our project in Chigwell, Essex through to completion. This will involve being responsible for all commercial aspects of the project. Previous quantity surveying / commercial management experience for a housing developer or main contractor, on mixed use residential schemes is required.

Assistant Surveyor (x2)

An opportunity may exist for one or more Assistant Surveyors to commercially manage several projects to completion, under the guidance of a Senior Surveyor or Commercial Manager. This will involve being responsible for some of the project commercial functions. Previous quantity surveying experience for a housing developer or main contractor on residential schemes is desirable.
