On Friday 15, The Worshipful Mayor of Reigate and Banstead, Cllr. Mrs Dorothy Ross-Tomlin, with her consort Mr Jim Ross-Tomlin, officially launched London Square Tadworth Gardens, an exciting new housing development set to create a vibrant new community.

The event gave a chance for The Mayor and VIP guests to see the new sales suite and show homes at the development, which will comprise a collection of exceptionally designed one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom houses.

London Square Tadworth Gardens will appeal to a range of buyers, from families and young professionals to downsizers. The homes are set in an attractive green and leafy setting, with the woodlands and meadows of Burgh Heath close by.  The development will promote a sense of community, blending with the existing village, with the high specification homes set out in attractive tree-lined streets amongst pocket parks and play areas. All houses have gardens, balconies or patios and both houses and apartments will be sold with parking on driveways or in designated areas.

Rebecca Littler, Sales and Marketing Director, London Square, said: ‘We were honoured to have The Mayor cutting the ribbon at the development. When complete, London Square Tadworth Gardens will offer a great quality of life for a wide range of residents, close to amenities, transport links and stunning countryside on the doorstep.”

London Square Tadworth Gardens is close to village shops and the railway station, yet also has the benefit of excellent road and commuter rail links, and proximity to Gatwick and Heathrow airports. The area has highly rated state and independent schools and a good range of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, leisure and cultural attractions in the nearby market towns of Epsom and Reigate, with neighbouring Banstead also close by. For commuters, Tadworth station and nearby Tattenham Corner stations are in Zone 6, with regular services to London Bridge and Victoria, plus trains to East Croydon providing fast links to Gatwick and Brighton. Road links include the A217 route to central London and to Gatwick, while the M25 provides fast links to Gatwick and Heathrow.

Prices at London Square Tadworth Gardens start at £419,950 for a two bedroom apartment, £579,950 for a three bedroom home and £659,950 for a four bedroom home. To find out more please call 0333 666 4242
