Graduate Trainee

Our Graduate Scheme is an 18-month programme that will equip you with the tools needed to have a successful career at London Square and will give you exposure to all areas of the business. From day one you will gain the real hands-on experience, while being supported and coached by market leading professionals.

You will gain experience across our core business functions by integrating yourself into them in 15-week cycles. Once complete, you will join your department and if applicable, start working towards your professional accreditation.

Management Trainee Apprenticeship

A degree apprenticeship enables trainees to be paid a competitive salary whilst working towards a BSc (Hons) degree. During term time, trainees will typically work four days a week and attend college or university on the fifth day. London Square funds the apprenticeship in full so there is no need to worry about tuition fees, and provides on the job experience, with support and coaching from our experienced team.

Management Trainees are enrolled on an accredited degree course, or an appropriate NVQ which will lead to a degree qualification. They work alongside experienced and knowledgeable employees, and are assigned a mentor to guide and assist with career progression. In the first 18 months, our trainees experience hands on training as they rotate through our core business functions so that all elements of the development and build processes are understood.
