Gold Award for London Square for Customer Satisfaction


London Square has been given the 2020 Gold Award for customer satisfaction by independent survey company, In-House Research.

Based on feedback from customers in 2019, 99 per cent of buyers who purchased a home from London Square would recommend the company. The award recognises London Square's continued focus on building high quality homes, and the delivery of a first-class customer experience.

The survey was carried out by In-House Research Ltd by conducting an industry-wide telephone survey of over 57,000 customers, both in the UK and internationally.

The integrity of this high quality, high response data is second to none and gives confidence in the results that have been achieved. The Gold Award is accredited to businesses that achieve a customer recommendation of 90 per cent or above. These high levels of recommendation are testament to the hard work that businesses do in order to satisfy their customers.

Awards, with a record-breaking three gold awards for The Star and Garter in Richmond, West London, and two gold awards and a bronze award for London Square Streatham Hill in South London at the WhatHouse Awards? 2018.
