London Square wins two top accolades for customer service


London Square has been selected for the 2021 Gold Award for customer satisfaction for the second year running and an Outstanding Achievement Award by independent survey company, In-House Research.

Based on feedback from customers in 2020, 99 percent of buyers who purchased a home from London Square would recommend the company. The award recognises London Square's continued focus on building high quality homes, and the delivery of a first-class customer experience.

In addition, the Outstanding Achievement Award has been accredited to London Square for achieving a net promoter score over 65 placing the company in the top 10 percent of companies measured. The survey was carried out by In-House Research Ltd by conducting an industry-wide telephone survey of over 57,000 customers, both in the UK and internationally.

Awards, with a record-breaking three gold awards for The Star and Garter in Richmond, West London, and two gold awards and a bronze award for London Square Streatham Hill in South London.
