London Square has been selected for the 2021 Gold Award for customer satisfaction for the second year running and an Outstanding Achievement Award by independent survey company, In-House Research.

Based on feedback from customers in 2020, 99 percent of buyers who purchased a home from London Square would recommend the company. The award recognises London Square's continued focus on building high quality homes, and the delivery of a first-class customer experience.

In addition, the Outstanding Achievement Award has been accredited to London Square for achieving a net promoter score over 65 placing the company in the top 10 percent of companies measured. The survey was carried out by In-House Research Ltd by conducting an industry-wide telephone survey of over 57,000 customers, both in the UK and internationally.

Tom Weston, Chief Executive at In-house Research comments:

We are extremely proud to be working with such a customer focused business. The ‘Gold Award’ recognises those who put the customers at the heart of everything that they do. The ‘Outstanding Award’ shows the commitment that London Square has to go above and beyond for their customers. This special award places them alongside some of the best companies in the UK for customer service. It’s only through delivering an exceptional service throughout the customer journey, combined with a meticulously designed and finished home that recommendation scores reach this level.

Mark Evans, Chief Operating Officer, London Square, said:

Winning gold for the second year running, plus the accolade for outstanding achievement is a tremendous boost for everyone at London Square, following a rollercoaster year for everyone – for our customers and every member of the London Square team. The way our staff have worked so hard while dealing with the additional challenges of lockdowns and restrictions have made being chosen for these awards particularly heartening. They reflect the work of our build, sales and customer service teams who deal directly with our buyers to provide a smooth and supportive experience during and after the purchasing process.

This accolade is the latest for London Square, which has won over 50 awards, including the Grand Prix, the coveted top accolade at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards. Its achievements have also been recognised at Property Week’s RESI Awards and the WhatHouse? Awards, with a record-breaking three gold awards for The Star and Garter in Richmond, West London, and two gold awards and a bronze award for London Square Streatham Hill in South London.
