On Thursday 18 March, award winning developer London Square, in collaboration with Shambles Restaurant, hosted a pop-up pasta making event in London Square Teddington’s four bedroom Oakley show home. Guests were given the opportunity to observe traditional methods of pasta making, demonstrated by the head chef of Shambles, one of Teddington’s most popular restaurants. Samples of the pasta, paired with a traditional pesto sauce and served with prosecco were also on offer. Shambles is a local favourite and has been doing business for over 40 years in Teddington. The restaurant specialises in Italian cuisine with a special focus on fresh sustainable ingredients. Massimo Langella, owner and head chef at Shambles said: “We were delighted to work with London Square again for this event, which had a good turnout and was well received by those in attendance. It is another good example of London Square's commitment to partnering with with local businesses in the areas that it works."
