Situated along Ascot High Street, opposite the famous Royal Ascot Racecourse, London Square’s vision is centred around the aspirations for the regeneration of Ascot and the high street with a new mixed development, with high quality apartments and houses, plus retail and office space. The landscape led design looks to retain the existing mature trees and create a new park fronting the high street.
