Founder and Chief Executive
At the height of the recession in 2010, former Barratt regional chairman Adam Lawrence identified a clear opportunity for a well-capitalised developer to maximise the potential of the London residential property market – and launched London Square.
With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Adam provides astute and agile leadership to a team of more than 270 staff, with land, construction, production and sales and marketing divisions working from its headquarters in West London.
Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for the development and implementation of future strategy for all areas of production, delivery and sales. With more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry, Mark began his career as a quantity surveyor. He progressed to partner and director level roles at Turner & Townsend and Berkeley Homes, then joined Shanly Homes as a regional MD in 2006 before becoming Residential Managing Director.
Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for all aspects of financial governance, Scott has an outstanding track record. With over 25 years’ experience he has managed over £2 billion of debt and equity transactions, in addition to working at board level for a wide variety of companies across industries including technology, healthcare and financial services.
Managing Director
Sean is responsible for the construction and operational side of London Square’s South Region.
With over 25 years of experience in the residential sector, Sean spent 12 years as production director at Berkeley Homes and, before that, at Ballymore, where he was UK construction director.
Managing Director
Responsible for the delivery of all London Square sites in the northern region of Greater London, including major mixed use regeneration schemes delivering homes of all tenures.
Jo joined London Square at the height of the pandemic in 2020 as Sales and Marketing Director. She was promoted to Group Sales and Marketing Director the following year, leading the team to achieve record results during a most challenging period in the market.

Tim joined London Square in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in driving growth and profitability across leading real estate companies, including the Berkeley Group, Barratt Developments, Jones Lang LaSalle, and
Savills. Tim’s expertise includes creating and executing campaigns that align with business objectives, delivering measurable results.
Head of HR & Sustainability
Lucy is responsible for creating and delivering a people and sustainability strategy for London Square that enables staff to fulfil their potential, uphold the business' values and deliver its strategic plan.
With over 30 years' experience at large scale complex organisations including Tesco, Skanska and Galliford Try in roles spanning HR, social value and community engagement, Lucy brings multi disciplinary and sector expertise to London Square.
Head of Communications
As Head of Communications, Rachel is responsible for all external and internal communications at London Square, spanning public affairs, digital, traditional media and staff engagement.
Rachel joined London Square in 2025 from Grosvenor, where she was Head of Corporate Communications & Stakeholder Engagement. With 20+ years’ experience in strategic communications, Rachel has also worked for Fortune 500 company CBRE as Head of EMEA Communications and advised a range of senior leaders in private companies, partnerships and PLCs on complex and business critical issues, communications strategies and campaigns in her career.
