We’re helping to alleviate London’s housing shortage by building on our already excellent relationships with public sector and developer partners. We are working with Peabody, Clarion and the London Borough of Waltham Forest, to create multi-tenure mixed-use developments that are inclusive and welcoming. Creating a stunning new centre piece for the area, we are delivering St Michael’s Courtyard, next to West Croydon station, with a public square, shops and cafes, working with Clarion Housing Group to deliver 240 new homes – with 55 per cent affordable.
London E10
We have been selected by the London Borough of Waltham Forest to create a new destination around Lea Bridge station. This will see us deliver 387 affordable homes in collaboration with Square Roots alongside a new station entrance and plaza and substantial cultural, community and commercial spaces.

London Square Partners is working with Clarion Housing Group to deliver 100 per cent affordable high quality homes, 121 in total, plus affordable workspace for local businesses on a former office and car workshop site in Neasden, North-west London.

We have formed a partnership with Clarion Housing Group, on the second phase of our £120m town centre regeneration scheme in Surrey, delivering 100 per cent affordable housing – 104 high quality shared ownership homes, plus office and retail units.
London E15
Forming a major JV partnership with Peabody, we are planning a £300 million transformation of the Vulcan Wharf site, to create a new neighbourhood, with 35 per cent affordable homes, a mix of rent and shared ownership, and homes for private sale.

In partnership with Clarion Housing Group, we are delivering 212 new homes at Twickenham Square in Richmond upon Thames, with half designated as affordable housing. The development features landscaped public spaces, family houses, and apartments - marking ten years of successful collaboration, creating high-quality, sustainable homes.
