London Square, the fast-growing London developer, is continuing to expand with significant hires to its Ickenham based land team, to meet the next stage in plans for growth and the target of building 1,000 homes a year. David Simpson joins the team as Senior Land Buyer from Barratt North London, to support the expansion and the delivery of homes at all levels of the London market. David brings a wealth of land acquisition experience to London Square, having worked for an impressive range of house builders throughout his career, including Fairview New Homes, Shanly Homes and Bellway Homes. Internally, Ross Stewart has been promoted to Senior Land Buyer. Ross joined London Square in December 2012 from Countryside Properties. Max Nordigian has also been promoted to Land Buyer. Both Ross and Max have been invaluable in helping to secure the £1.6billion pipeline to date and establish London Square as one of the larger London developers in the capital. The London Square land team, led by Managing Director Brian Betsy, will build on London Square’s already impressive development pipeline spanning the capital, with locations including Putney, Richmond, Fulham, Streatham, Bermondsey and Chigwell. The team are experts at finding the right sites, unlocking development opportunities and maximising their potential.
