London Square has been given the 2020 Gold Award for customer satisfaction by independent survey company, In-House Research.
Based on feedback from customers in 2019, 99 per cent of buyers who purchased a home from London Square would recommend the company. The award recognises London Square's continued focus on building high quality homes, and the delivery of a first-class customer experience.
The survey was carried out by In-House Research Ltd by conducting an industry-wide telephone survey of over 57,000 customers, both in the UK and internationally.
This accolade is the latest for London Square, which has won numerous awards, including the Grand Prix, the coveted top accolade at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2019, following many prizes in past years. Its achievements have also been recognised at Property Week’s RESI Awards and the WhatHouse? Awards, with a record-breaking three gold awards for The Star and Garter in Richmond, West London, and two gold awards and a bronze award for London Square Streatham Hill in South London at the WhatHouse Awards? 2018.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. The 2020 Gold Award is a brilliant tribute to the hard work and dedication of everyone at London Square to deliver homes of the highest quality. I would like to pay a very special thank you to our build, sales and customer service teams who work directly with our buyers to provide a smooth and supportive experience during and after the purchasing process.
The integrity of this high quality, high response data is second to none and gives confidence in the results that have been achieved. The Gold Award is accredited to businesses that achieve a customer recommendation of 90 per cent or above. These high levels of recommendation are testament to the hard work that businesses do in order to satisfy their customers.
