Last week, London Square hosted an investor evening at its Caledonian Road site. We teamed up with Andrew Smith at Insight Advantage to produce a detailed, independent report on the property market in the Caledonian Road area, in comparison to neighbouring postcodes.
Becky Boden, Sales Manager at London Square Caledonian Road, kicked off the evening, introducing the London Square brand and site to attendees. Andrew Smith then presented the report, examining price fluctuations and rental yields in comparison to nearby postcodes, EC2A, N1, N5, N19 and N8.
The research aligned with the development, focusing on one and two bedroom properties, with the core metrics including the average asking and selling price, and estimated gross rental yield. The report found the property values of N7 to have grown considerably in recent years – yet still offering good value to surrounding areas - with rental yields following in a similar fashion.
