As the property market geared up for the re-opening of sales suites and agent's offices, more than 200 people registered for London Square's webinar on Help To Buy Explained to unlock the key facts for first-time buyers and movers.
Sarah Turpin, Regional Sales Manager, London Square, presented the event, the latest in its series of London Square Intelligence events. Sarah explained to the audience how the Help To Buy equity loan works, why is it a good option and explained the process of buying a home with the scheme.

This demonstrates there is a real appetite for moving home and this week's welcome news of the relaxation of Government restrictions on the property market brought fresh enthusiasm to our event. Buying a new home can seem like a daunting prospect, particularly when looking to use one of the available Government schemes and it was good to be able to give the audience some clear information.
