ON THE CREST OF A WAVE

The riverside town of Staines-upon-Thames offers the best of all worlds – a great lifestyle in an attractive location which offers great potential for growth to home buyers. Recent research showed that Staines-upon-Thames was the top performer for value and future growth in a survey of eight commuter towns west of London.

The town centre is a lively mix of shops, restaurants, cafés and a cinema, with quieter pockets of green and attractive parks. The river provides a great focus for leisure and sports, with Thameside paths for walking and cycling, boating, rowing and pretty pubs. Waterside footpaths take you on a nine-mile scenic trail all the way to Windsor, passing through Runnymede Meadows and the pretty village of Datchet.

The development is a four-minute walk to the station, with a 35-minute commute to Waterloo, with connections to London Underground and Overground at Richmond.  There is also an extensive bus network and excellent motorway connections, close to the M4 corridor and Heathrow airport, the A30 and the M25.
