Final Phases of Landmark West London Development to be Delivered
London Square has completed the acquisition of Lillie Square, a prominent residential development in West London close to Earls Court.
Situated moments from West Brompton station and benefiting from excellent transport links, green spaces and proximity to Fulham Broadway and South Kensington, Lillie Square is an attractive scheme, well positioned to benefit from the wider ongoing regeneration in Earls Court.
The acquisition marks a major step forward in unlocking the final phases of this substantial development. Lillie Square encompasses a masterplan set around a garden square, consented for over 800 homes. With more than 400 homes already completed, London Square will deliver the remaining two consented phases.
London Square will now begin the process of consulting on and updating the consented designs to meet the latest energy, safety and building standards, ensuring the new phases respond to evolving planning requirements and resident expectations.
The company has a strong track record in unlocking complex sites and quickly modernising historic consents to deliver high quality neighbourhoods, including at County Hall Kingston, the former Leegate Shopping Centre in Lewisham and Ransome’s Wharf in Battersea.
Adam Lawrence, Chief Executive of London Square, said: “Lillie Square is an exceptional development in a highly connected part of London, which is also undergoing significant investment. By using our experience of unlocking complex sites in the capital we will work with the community and Hammersmith and Fulham to ensure that Lillie Square fulfils its potential and delivers exceptional housing for residents and the borough.”
