The event was well attended by current and prospective purchasers and the local community, including members of Orpington FC – which London Square will soon be sponsoring. Guests were treated to complimentary tastings of parmesan, Parma ham, wood fired pizzas, authentic pastries as well as freshly ground coffee and soft drinks. Local suppliers on the day included BR6, Osteria Da Fabrizio, The Pizza Project and The Mobile Coffee Bean.
On Saturday 24 February, award winning developer London Square hosted a pop-up artisan Italian food market to celebrate the unveiling of the first residential enclave at London Square Orpington, on Broadwater Gardens.
London Square Orpington comprises a gated collection of 32 one and two bedroom apartments and 58 three and four bedroom houses on the fringes of Orpington town. The day also gave an opportunity to view the two beautiful show homes, including a two bedroom apartment and four bedroom house, showcasing the outstanding design and specification that is on offer at the development, which has already proved popular with a range of buyers.
We were delighted to unveil the first residential enclave at London Square Orpington and were proud to see so many local businesses involved in the market. We are passionate about supporting the local culinary scene and are very pleased that the local community was present to share this important milestone with us.
