Brian Betsy, who joined London Square as Land Director at the company’s inception in 2010, has been promoted to Managing Director in order to drive forward the next stage in the company’s evolution. Working alongside Chief Executive Adam Lawrence, Brian will continue to lead on land acquisitions and build on London Square’s already impressive £360 million development pipeline, which now includes nine sites in locations including Putney, Fulham, Bermondsey and Teddington. Brian Betsy, Managing Director of London Square, said: “The past three years have been an incredibly exciting challenge. From a blank canvas in 2010, London Square now has an outstanding set of developments in the pipeline, in some of the most coveted locations in the capital. I look forward to delivering these and identifying further opportunities for our expansion.” Adam Lawrence, Chief Executive of London Square, said: “Brian has been a pivotal member of the London Square team from day one.
