Children from Years 2 and 3 at Walton on the Hill Primary School proudly hold up a collection of Christmas baubles they have decorated by hand.
The festive decorations are being displayed on the Christmas tree at London Square Tadworth Gardens, a new village community of family homes and apartments being built by the award-winning developer London Square in De Burgh Gardens, Tadworth.
The team at Tadworth Gardens delivered a box of plain papier mache baubles to the school for pupils to use their imagination and craft skills - and the results are highly individual decorations, from beautifully painted efforts to clever creatures and faces. The childen decorated 89 baubles in total.
The results are a joy to see on our tree at Tadworth Gardens. We are delighted that the pupils at Walton on the Hill Primary School put so much effort into creating beautiful baubles for a very good cause this Christmas.
London Square will be making a donation for each bauble to send to The Children's Trust, the Tadworth-based charity which offers specialist care for children with brain injury.
