On Saturday 6 May, a classic car showcase was held at London Square Chigwell Village – a gated oasis of 43 four and five bedroom new homes, set around a leafy pocket park in Chigwell, Essex. The event, held in conjunction with Classic Car Club, provided the opportunity for all of the family to come down and view the curated collection of beautiful classics on display, as well as the new show homes at the development. Cars on show included a Series One Jaguar, Austin Healey Frog Eyed Sprite, a Porsche 911 and a convertible Mustang – one of the world’s most iconic muscle cars. Catering was provided by the renowned Sir Asquith, from a specially converted vintage van - in fitting with the classic theme. Neighbouring local resident Mr Isaacs also brought his 1965 NSU Wankel Spider down for the afternoon. Rebecca Littler, Sales and Marketing Director, London Square, said: “Classic cars have an endearing appeal and a draw for those of all ages. We were delighted to host the event, providing a fun day out and showcasing not only some iconic cars but also the collection of homes at the development, which are proving popular with those seeking attractive, well designed homes in a safe gated environment.” The Pembroke, Warwick and Edwardes show homes represent three of the nine different house types available at the development – each offering individual styles and layouts to suit varying lifestyle needs. This trio of show homes joins the existing Kensington show home, allowing prospective purchasers to better understand the wide range of house types available at the development. Remaining prices at London Square Chigwell Village start at £1,095,000. To find out more about London Square Chigwell Village, please call 0333 666 0103.
