At London Square, the health and safety of our customers and staff are our absolute priority. Following an update in Government guidance, we have opened our sales suites and show homes at London Square Bermondsey, Orpington, Staines Upon Thames, Tadworth Gardens, Caledonian Road and Chigwell Village.

All visits and viewings will be by appointment only, observing Government and industry guidelines. Social distancing of two metres will be observed at all times and the sales team will brief customers in advance or on arrival of the procedures in place. Hand sanitiser, gloves and shoe covers will be provided for show home visits. If customers are interested in reserving a property following a viewing, we are minimising contact by using electronic documentation and signing.
