London Square Nine Elms: Home for Remedi London Founders

Standing opposite the US Embassy and overlooking a 14-acre park, London Square Nine Elms is set in landscaped gardens and features a collection of exquisitely designed studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses with outstanding river views and sweeping panoramas across the capital. Just a short walk away is Remedi London, which 34-year-old Diana and 35-year-old Nima, both qualified dentists, launched in 2022. Tucked away in a quiet spot, the wellness clinic aims to nurture all the different dimensions of an individual, which include the physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual; allowing people to live their most fulfilled lives. The services include aesthetic and biohacking treatments, as well as functional medicine and classes to foster spiritual and emotional growth. 

They chose Nine Elms as the location for their first clinic after visiting a friend living there. Nima explained: “We first discovered Nine Elms back in 2020. My friend had an apartment there and Diana and I really liked the area’s vibe, the people, the buildings. You could see how much effort and money was being invested to regenerate the area. 

“We spent a good year getting to know the place. Although we currently commute every day from South London, we are here in Nine Elms most of the time running our business and, intuitively, we knew Nine Elms is the place for us to settle down. And it was only ever going to be Nine Elms if I’m honest with you - we love it here.

“We looked at a few apartments from other developers, but when we did our research into London Square Nine Elms, it was a no brainer. We viewed one of the apartments and the quality and the finishing was to our taste. We have chosen a really attractive one bedroom apartment. It’s just perfect for us. The apartment is very spacious and airy and has everything we can wish for in our first new home. 

“The buying process has been super easy and seamless. The team at London Square Nine Elms are nothing short of outstanding. We pop in every week to check on the progress of the units and every single time they’re just so welcoming and kind, it makes you feel valued.” 

After work, Nima and Diana love to take a stroll to Battersea Park and also spend time at Battersea Power Station. “One of our favourite restaurants in the Power Station is Tasha’s. We have also joined Third Space, a luxurious health club, and love the fitness zones, the pool and spa.”

He added: “Another thing I like about the area is the transport links, with stations at Nine Elms, Vauxhall, and Battersea Power Station, all within a short walk. It’s so close to central London, and before we opened our business, Diana and I used to go to the theatre a lot. Once we are living in London Square Nine Elms, we will have more time to go out and enjoy the clubs, bars and theatres in the West End.  We will be moving into our new home next year and we just can’t wait!”
