On Saturday 16 September, Essex based food writer, recipe developer and mum of two, Hedi Hearts, will be demonstrating her favourite family recipes in the luxury Pembroke show home at London Square Chigwell Village. Hedi will show off her best dishes designed to appeal to the whole family with tasters on offer for all guests.
