In the latest in the London Square Intelligence series, all you need to know about part-exchanging your home is explained in a fascinating new webinar.

Part Exchange expert Kerry Rolfe, from The New Homes Group, and Dario Scimeca, Sales Manager for London Square, outline the key benefits: a guaranteed cash buyer, no agency fees, secure plot, stress free and the resale of your property is managed by The New Homes Group.

London Square offers a great incentive to people interested in Part Exchange - up to 97 per cent of the property's value, which is extremely competitive. The valuation is based on three local estate agents visiting the property, plus comparable evidence collated via RightMove. The New Homes Group, which manages the process on behalf of London Square produce the valuation report and the developer will make a decision on whether it wants to offer Part Exchange or not.
