Established over 25 years ago, In-house Research is an independent research company which collects and analyses feedback from customers of over 80 of the UK’s housebuilding brands to uncover which developers excel in customer service.
Platinum status reflects outstanding feedback from our customers, highlighting excellence in communication, trust, and overall experience throughout the buying process.
In 2025 100% of our customers surveyed said they would recommend London Square to a friend and the business also scored in the top 10% of the industry for
