London Square has appointed Andy Maciejewski as construction director as it gears up for construction to start on a series of major new projects across London in 2013.
Andy joins from Barratt Developments where he rose through the ranks from assistant site manager to projects director during his 24 years with the firm.
Andy has a wealth of experience in managing significant projects in London from large-scale mixed-use regeneration schemes such as Visage in Swiss Cottage and the Stonegrove estate in Edgware, through to niche high-end schemes such as Rochester Row in Westminster.
Andy will be responsible for construction at all of London Square’s current and future sites, including developments in Shoreditch, Ruislip and Fulham, ensuring that they are delivered to cost programme and that the highest standards of quality are met.
Andy said: “Joining this fresh, young company at a time when it has a number of significant projects in the pipeline is an exciting challenge. I am looking forward to becoming an integral part of the London Square team.”
Adam Lawrence, Chief Executive of London Square, said: “Andy is a very talented construction director and his strong track record for delivering quality sites on time and on budget across the capital makes him the perfect candidate to drive our current and future sites forward.”
