Award-winning residential developer London Square has acquired a prime development site at 100 New Kings Road in Parsons Green with a projected GDV of over £30 million. The 0.2 acre site, a former office building, has been acquired from New Kings Road (Jersey) No.1 Ltd with planning permission to provide a new residential scheme with 25 private apartments, as well as a separate retail unit.
