Daren Nathan has joined London Square as Partnership Director, a new role at the award-winning developer, moving from construction and development company Durkan, where he was a main board director.

London Square has a £2bn pipeline of new homes and is developing 15 current and future sites across the capital, including schemes in Bermondsey, Caledonian Road, and Neasden.

As our business has grown, we have built an excellent reputation for finding good sites and adding value. We are ideally placed to work with new partners to help them to maximise the value from their assets through residential development and also to help local authorities to generate cross-subsidy funding to provide much-needed new homes.  We are looking forward to Daren bringing his wealth of experience and knowledge to build on our presence, forging new relationships alongside our existing partnerships with housing associations and other bodies.
