Start on site will be in November 2011. London Square has also purchased a strategic site on Upper Richmond Road, close to the shops and restaurants in Putney High Street and riverside walks along the Thames. This office site was acquired from Briargrove Limited. London Square will be creating a £40 million scheme on site totalling 68 homes with commercial space on the ground floor.
