Residential developer London Square, which launched a collection of 10 magnificent family homes in Wimbledon Village earlier this summer, is taking part in the Wimbledon Village Fair 2012. The free-entry fair, which is organised the Wimbledon Guild, will take place on Saturday 23 June at Wimbledon Common Southside, from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm. London Square is supporting the British Food Village at the annual festival, which is one of the biggest summer fundraising events of the south west London calendar, featuring over 200 stalls, live jazz, a horse show, a fun dog show, stage performances and children’s entertainment. The London Square team will be easy to spot at the fair in their distinctive black-and-white themed gazebo – and will be serving a mixture of traditional treats from an old-fashioned sweet cart – with all donations going to Wimbledon Guild. Rebecca Littler, sales and marketing director of London Square, said: “It’s fantastic to be involved in such a popular event at the heart of the Wimbledon community. We hope to raise lots of money for great local causes through our sweet stall and hope that plenty of residents will pop in to see us with their families.”
