The Sales Academy is a dedicated training programme launched by London Square to train and empower the business’ next generation of sales talent.
More than 70 people applied for this first cohort, many with no background in property, or even sales.
The paid 10 week programme combined classroom learning with on the job training covering everything from the new homes market and customer experience excellence to sales systems and compliance. Each trainee was mentored by a London Square team member throughout.
The structure is designed to build real employability, not just theoretical knowledge, giving candidates recognised skills, practical experience and the confidence to operate at a professional standard from day one.
The success of the programme was clearly demonstrated with one of the candidates successfully selling two properties during site rotations . In all, six trainees were successful in gaining offers of full time employment with London Square at the completion of the programme.
