Watford is ranked at No 3 – the only location to achieve a top 10 placement across a range of measures looking at the economy, living and health and environment, in the report by property experts Lambert Smith Hampton. The top ten was dominated by towns and cities across the south of England, including Windsor & Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Cambridge, Cheltenham and Bournemouth.
