Better data, better decisions

A major focus during 2025 was improving the quality and accuracy of sustainability reporting. Enhanced data across carbon emissions, waste and social value provides greater confidence in performance and helps identify where future improvements will deliver the greatest benefit.

Building on brownfield land

Around 90% of London Square's pipeline is located on brownfield sites. By regenerating previously developed land, the business continues to create new homes while supporting wider regeneration and community investment.
