PIC and London Square group to invest £50 million in first affordable and shared ownership homes development
London Square Group is partnering with Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), which is making its first affordable housing investment of £50m to develop 125 affordable homes in Kingston. This is the start of a long-term partnership between PIC, London Square and Square Roots, the independent affordable provider established by London Square. PIC aims to invest £500m over the coming years to develop affordable homes in Greater London.
